1. Who We Are

These terms apply to bookings made with Kate Tinsley trading as KT-Lou Line Dance, based in Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a deposit has been received and a written confirmation email has been sent by KT-Lou Line Dance.

Enquiries submitted via our website do not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Deposit & Payment

A £20 deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your date.

This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel within 14 days of payment being taken. After 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, payable by cash or bank transfer.

Payments are accepted via PayPal or bank transfer (Tide).

4. Cancellation by You

If you cancel your booking:

• Within 14 days of paying the deposit — full deposit refund.
• After 14 days — the deposit is non-refundable. No further charge is due regardless of how much notice is given.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email.

5. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that KT-Lou Line Dance needs to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund including the deposit. We will give as much notice as possible and endeavour to suggest an alternative date where feasible.

6. On the Day

Participants take part at their own risk. KT-Lou Line Dance holds public liability insurance via the Everything Line Dance Association.

Please inform us in advance of any accessibility requirements or health conditions relevant to participation. We will do our best to accommodate all guests.

7. Venue

Where the event takes place at a venue arranged by the client, it is the client's responsibility to ensure the venue is suitable — including adequate floor space, appropriate flooring, and any necessary licences or permissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

KT-Lou Line Dance's liability is limited to the value of the deposit paid. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from a booking or cancellation.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
